- Separate the egg whites from the yolks and place them in two separate bowls.

- Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the yolk mixture until just combined.
- Spoon the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in small mounds.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and set.
- Let cool slightly before serving as bread for sandwiches or snacks.
