Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Toss the salmon pieces in the mixture until well coated.
  5. Place the salmon bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
