Main ingredients
  • 1 head Iceberg lettuce Washed and dried
  • 8 slices Pepperoni slices Thick slices recommended
  • 8 slices Salami slices Thick slices recommended
  • 8 slices Smoked Gouda cheese slices Thick slices recommended

Method
 

Assembly
  1. Take a large leaf of iceberg lettuce and lay it flat on a plate.
  2. Place thick slices of pepperoni, salami, and smoked Gouda cheese on top of the lettuce.
  3. Fold the lettuce leaf over the fillings to wrap it securely.
  4. Repeat with additional lettuce leaves and fillings as desired.
  5. Enjoy your low-carb, keto-friendly lunch!

Notes

Use very dry lettuce leaves to prevent sogginess. Offer small dipping sauces on the side to enhance flavor without soaking the lettuce.
