  • 1 lb ground beef Browned and drained
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 12 oz pasta (such as macaroni or rotini), cooked and drained
Cheese and Sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese Split, for topping and mixing
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese For mixed cheese goodness
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup For saucy flavor
  • 1 cup milk
Vegetables and Seasoning
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain the fat.
  3. Add the onion and garlic to the skillet, cooking until softened.
  4. Stir in the cooked bacon, cheddar cheese soup, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Combine the beef mixture with the cooked pasta and mozzarella cheese.
Baking
  1. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve with a crisp salad or steamed veggies. Consider toppings like sour cream or sliced green onions for added flavor. Can be assembled ahead of time and stored in the fridge.
