  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Enhances the flavor of the crust.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning You can experiment with additional spices.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Season to your preference.
For the toppings
  • Pizza toppings of choice (e.g., marinara sauce, more cheese, vegetables, pepperoni) Feel free to get creative with your favorite toppings.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, spread the chicken mixture into a thin, even layer to form a crust.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and cooked through.
  2. Remove from the oven and add your desired pizza toppings.
  3. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Store leftovers wrapped in plastic wrap or in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to four days. Freeze for up to two months. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
