Preparation
  1. Thinly slice the cucumbers and place them in a bowl.
  2. In a separate small bowl, combine ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the cucumber slices and toss to coat evenly.
  4. If desired, drizzle with a little olive oil and toss again.

Notes
