- Start by melting your coconut oil gently so it becomes a smooth liquid.
- Whisk the melted coconut oil with the nut butter, sweetener, and vanilla until completely blended.
- In a separate bowl, mix dry almond flour, cocoa, and salt to avoid lumps.
- Gradually add the dry mix into the wet mix, stirring until you achieve a thick, fudgy batter.
- Press the batter into silicone molds or a lined small dish for even shapes.
- Chill until firm (about 1 hour), then pop them out or cut into squares.
Notes
Serve these chilled for the best firm, fudgy bite. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Label containers with the date to use the oldest batch first.
