Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or oil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Stir in the diced ham and shredded cheese.
  4. Pour the egg mixture evenly into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the egg cups are set and lightly golden on top.
  2. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin. Serve warm.

Notes
