Preparation
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
- Add chicken breasts to the marinade and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or ideally overnight in the refrigerator.
Cooking
- Preheat the grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove chicken from marinade and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill or bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
For best results, allow chicken to marinate overnight. You can also substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu for a different protein source. Feel free to adjust the spiciness by modifying the amount of gochujang used.
