  • 8 slices Pepperoni slices Thickly sliced
  • 8 slices Salami slices Thickly sliced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Take a whole leaf of iceberg lettuce and lay it flat.
  2. Layer thick slices of pepperoni and salami on top of the lettuce leaf.
  3. Add slices of smoked Gouda cheese over the meats.
  4. Roll up the lettuce leaf tightly to form a wrap.
