Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, melted butter, and softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and shape each piece into a bagel, making a hole in the center.
- Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with sesame seeds or poppy seeds if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before enjoying fresh and warm.
