  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Use freshly shredded cheese for best results.
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika Optional for extra flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  3. Add the egg and mix until a dough forms. If using, add paprika for extra flavor.
  4. Roll out the dough between two pieces of parchment paper to about 1/8 inch thickness.
  5. Cut into small squares or desired shapes.
  6. Place the crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.

Notes

For best results, ensure your cheese is freshly shredded. Experiment with different seasonings to cater to your family’s taste.
