  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk Can substitute with any dairy-free milk.
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil Use coconut oil for a dairy-free option.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For added flavor.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Baking
  1. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  2. Let it cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

For best results, let the bread cool completely before slicing to prevent a crumbly texture. You can also add chopped nuts or sugar-free chocolate chips for added texture.
