  2. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks and set aside.

  4. Fold in the lemon zest and vanilla extract into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Gently stir in the blueberries, being careful to keep them whole.
  6. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture in two additions to maintain its lightness.
  7. Spoon or pipe the fluff into cups and top with extra blueberries.
