  • 1/2 pound bacon, roughly chopped Cook until crispy
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef Brown in the same pan used for bacon
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 onion chopped Add to the beef while it cooks

  • 6 pieces dill pineapple chips, sliced For topping
Creamy Mixture
  • 2 oz cream cheese Should be softened
  • 2 tablespoons no-sugar ketchup For cheeseburger tang
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce For flavor
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese Use for topping and mixing

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook bacon until crispy, then chop.
  3. In a skillet, brown ground beef with seasoning, onion, and garlic.
  4. Drain the cooked beef to remove excess fat.
  5. Mix in softened cream cheese, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Spread the beef mixture into a greased 9x13 dish.
  7. Top with chopped bacon and sliced pickles.
  8. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
  9. Pour the egg mixture over the meat mixture in the dish.
  10. Top with remaining cheese.
  11. Bake until set and bubbly, about 30-40 minutes.

Notes

Let cream cheese soften to room temperature before mixing for a smoother texture. Use full-fat ingredients for richness. Adjust pickle and cheese according to taste.
