  • 1/4 cup ketchup For added moisture and flavor.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder Can be adjusted to taste.
  • 1 tsp onion powder Can be adjusted to taste.
  • Salt and pepper To taste.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground meat, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, ketchup, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Shape the mixture into small loaves and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the meat is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
