  • 2 pieces Grilled chicken breasts Season and grill until fully cooked.
  • 6 cups Mixed greens (spinach, arugula, romaine) Use a mix for varied flavor and texture.
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 whole Avocado, sliced
  • 4 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled Cook until crispy.
  • 2 pieces Hard-boiled eggs, chopped Prepare in advance for convenience.
  • 1 cup Cucumbers, sliced
For the Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season and grill the chicken breasts until fully cooked. Let them rest before slicing into strips.
  2. In a large bowl, layer the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, avocado, crumbled bacon, hard-boiled eggs, and cucumbers.
Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.
Serving
  1. Top the salad with sliced grilled chicken, toss gently, and enjoy!

Notes
